These guys were awesome! From the person who answered the phone to the guys who came out to do the work. They were communicative, polite, worked hard and did a great job on my windows and gutters. They even put my Christmas lights up! Very impressed with this crew and will definitely use them again!
It’s rare, these days, to find a company that is awesome. Window Ninjas of Wilmington is that company. Gary washed our windows and did a fantastic job. He s personable and knowledgeable about window conditions. The name Window Ninjas doesn’t cover everything they do like sealing driveways, or cleaning dryer vents, etc. They are without a doubt. The best!
This is our second year using Window Ninjas. Last year, we bought a house and they cleaned the chimney and dryer vent. The dryer vent was melted shut by the old owners not cleaning. So, they kept us from burning down our house by telling us not use the dryer until it was replaced. This year they did an amazing job on the windows. Before and after photos posted below. Window Ninjas has done work for us both at our house and at my husband's business. We have had our windows cleaned at our home and Christmas lights installed at our business. Both experiences have been very pleasant. Everyone who works for Window Ninjas has been kind and prompt. Very professional crew and explained everything for me. Will use again as needed. This service call was for dryer vent cleaning in laundry room and vent on the roof. For my home, they suggested cleaning every 2 years. I had noticed debris on the roof at the vent and made a call for service. Glad I did call them! Safety first!!
My favorite window cleaners! Love these guy’s attitudes & excellent work. I have been a customer for 3 years & look forward to seeing them 3-4 times a year. If there’s by chance any questionable areas that need a little more love, all it takes is a phone call & they’ll be back to remedy any concerns. That speaks highly of their dedication to give quality service.
